The challenge
Identify improvements to the Personal Development Plan (PDP) framework through a user-centred design approach.
The approach
We worked closely with the People and Capability team to facilitate user journey map workshops across the business and in a range of locations within New Zealand. We synthesised our findings into three main journeys and identified a number of insights and opportunities which we then presented to the Senior Leadership team for approval to implement.
The outcome
The insights were used by People and Capability to identify opportunities to improve the existing model for the next financial year.
